LHE-8000D is used to produce high performance PU adhesive, sealants, elastomers , epoxy flexibilizers, defoamers, lubricants, crude oil de-emulsifiers and plasticizers. It can be widely used in foam production, such as skin foam, high resilience block, high resilience molding foam.
LHE-8000D can improve the performance of foam resilience and hardness. It is widely used for producing of High Resilience flexible slabstock foams (HR SLAB FORM) and molded High Resilience foams, preferably used in low density flexible HR foams.
Packing
LHE-8000D is slightly hygroscopic and may absorb water. Containers should be kept sealed and protected from contamination of moisture and foreign materials.
The shelf life is 12 months. After that, the pre-test should be made before use.
Flash point is above 200℃ (open cup method), flammable but non-explosive. In case of fire, put out with foams, dry powder, steam or water.
When handling polyols, precautions should be taken to avoid exposure to the eye or prolong contact with the skin. If eye contact occurs, flush with plenty of water. If skin contact occurs, wash exposed areas thoroughly with soap and water.

Polyol capacity is 500000 Tons per Year, it can reach 720,000 tons per year by the end of 2021.
