Advantage
1.The solid content setting value is (50±2)%, and the foam products have excellent tensile and tearing performance under the premise of both hardness; the foam products are not damaged and change color after being heated at 220 ℃ for 1 min.
2.The product is stable and has good operability, which can reduce the amount of silicone oil added in the formula
3.The product has low viscosity and does not become viscous in contact with water. Foam products have neat and uniform pores, lower density gradients at the top and bottom, and thin bottom skin.
4.The color of the foam product is extremely white, and when the colored paddle is added, the freshness of the sponge can be improved.
5.Foam products have extremely low VOC, which meets the low-odor requirements of high-end sponges.
Our polymer products are operated easily and need little changes of foam formulation, which is benefit for large-scale sponge foam production; The products’ viscosity is low and don’t become viscous after adding water and during stirring, which enable the materials mixed evenly, thus the final prodoucts’ sponge cells are uniform and tidy, the gradient of density is low; The product appearance is pure white and with extremely low VOC, which meets the requirements of the high-end furniture market.
Applications
Polymer polyol LHS-100 is used along with conventional polyols, such as LEP-5631D, LEP-335D to produce polyurethane flexible foams, such as: lump foam ,sponge, cushions, seating, mattress, upholstered furniture, clothing materials, shoe materials, carpet bottoms, packaging materials and many other applications.
